It depends on the package. The "Complete Shared Flight" includes round-trip transport from Mexico City; on the others you can add it as an extra. Without transport, you meet us at our launch site, 2 km from the pyramids.

A valid government-issued photo ID for every passenger — a passport is always accepted, as is official photo ID issued by your country — plus your boarding pass. The ID is required at check-in, at the Volando en Globo reception desk: it is what allows us to register you under the flight insurance that covers your flight. Minors do not need their own: a parent or legal guardian presents ID and signs for them. Without ID you cannot board, though you may reschedule. Comfortable layers and closed shoes round out the list.

All our pilots hold a current commercial license from AFAC (the aviation authority). We fly from our own launch site with 6+ years of experience and thousands of passengers.
